The Quincy Notre Dame girls basketball team showed Thursday night it hasn't missed a beat over the holidays.
Playing their first game in 12 days, the Lady Raiders returned with a runaway 91-45 victory over Pittsfield win at Voshall Gymnasium.
"We had a great game to come back from the break," QND coach Eric Orne said. "We had four players in double figures and had very balanced scoring."
Chloe Barnes led the Lady Raiders with a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds. Karlee Gengenbacher finished with 16, along with 12 from Renita Bunte and 11 from Janell Vermeire.
QND (11-0) jumped out to a 16-0 lead and scored over 20 points in each quarter.
"We established ourselves with our full-court press and were able to get some fast break buckets from it," Orne said.
Nicole Jockish and Marla Willard each scored 10 to lead Pittsfield.
"We played the toughest team we've faced in a long, long time," Pittsfield coach Kristi Heafner said.
