HANNIBAL, Mo. -- Three Hannibal residents were arrested Thursday on various drug-related charges after police conducted a search at 29 Shawnee Trail.
According to a press release from the Hannibal Police Department, police were called at 10:05 a.m. to assist the Children's Division on a response to a hotline call.
Upon arriving at the Shawnee Trail address, officers contacted the residents and were given permission to search the residence. During the search, officers found methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The following Hannibal residents were arrested:
º Antonio Clay, 29, on charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
º Deann'dra Dorsey, 29, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
º Joshua Perkins, 30, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. He also was wanted on two active warrants.
Police say Perkins was placed on a 24-hour hold pending review by the Marion County prosecutor. Meanwhile, Clay was released with summonses to appear in court, and Dorsey was released pending a review by the Marion County prosecutor.
