After honeymooning in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Mr. and Mrs. Greg Hellhake are at home in Kansas City, Mo.
Mr. Hellhake and the former Sarah Giesler exchanged wedding vows July 8 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Roeland Park, Kan.
The bride, of Kansas City, is a daughter of Ray and Jane Giesler of Overland Park, Kan. The bridegroom, of Mission, Kan., is a son of Thomas and Marlene Hellhake of Quincy.
The Rev. Bill Porter conducted the 1 p.m. Mass.
Maid of honor was Madeline Giesler, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Briana Zuroske; Melissa Carroll; Kathryn Wininger; Mandy Giesler, sister of the bride; and Emily Hellhake, sister of the bridegroom.
Best man was Michael Evans. Groomsmen were Jonas Dufek, Rodney Craven, Philip Baird, Alex Nieders and the bride's brother, Jake Giesler.
Ushers were Zach Kramper and Trent Powell.
Flower girls were Grace, Emma and Cecilia Giesler, nieces of the bride, and ring bearer was LaPhonso McKinnis Jr., great-nephew of the bride.
The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner July 7 at Summit Grill Waldo. A reception began at 6 p.m. at Californos Westport.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., and a master's degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. She teaches high school at a charter school in Kansas City.
The bridegroom earned a bachelor's degree from Creighton University in Omaha. He is a member services coordinator at the Athletic Club of Overland Park and assistant baseball coach at Mill Valley High School.
