When I was a kid, I wanted to be ... an airline stewardess because of a love for travel or a counselor because I enjoy working with young people.

What would you rather be doing right now? Biking, walking, gardening, spending time with family and grandchildren.

Shhhhhh! Don't tell anyone that ... I talked my husband into zip lining on a recent trip to Mexico. It was an awesome experience!

Other than your wedding day and/or the birth of your children, what was your proudest moment? My proudest moments have been witnessing all three of my children graduate from college and marry their spouses.

It really stinks when ... I see families spending quality time together at a restaurant and all are glued to their cell phones instead of interacting with one another.

What word in the dictionary would your face be next to? Stubborn. Just ask my husband!

I always laugh when ... I see my grandchildren playing with one another.

Invite any three people, living or dead, to dinner. Who are they? My husband, my mother and my mother-in-law who have both passed away because I miss them lots and we could share memories.

At the end of a really long day at work, I like to ... relax and go out for dinner with my husband.

People who knew me in high school thought I was ... quiet and smart.

My most unforgettable brush with greatness was ... I see greatness every day in the students I am blessed to work with!

I would drop all my plans tonight if I had the chance to ... travel. Road trip.

If someone gave me a million dollars, there is STILL no way I would ... give up spending time with my family.

America should be more concerned about ... protecting the lives of the unborn because life is precious.

I'm OK if there's ever a national shortage of ... T-shirts from the store we used to own and Ziploc bags. Just ask my kids.

When I'm on the Internet, I always go to ... Pinterest to find new ideas and Facebook to see pictures of my family and friends.

What is the most useful piece of advice you have ever received? You may not remember what people say to you, but you will always remember how they made you feel, so treat everyone with kindness -- from a former teacher at QND.

When I'm cruising down the road, I'm likely listening to ... 60s music. I love Neil Diamond.

I always get sentimental when ... I look at old pictures of my family growing up.

The older I get, the more I realize ... it's the little everyday moments that count, so enjoy every day.

If I had one "do-over," I would ... have made better decisions when I was young.

My favorite item of clothing is ... an old sweatshirt from our T-shirt store because it is very comfy and warm. I have had it for over 30 years.

If I've learned anything at all ... Your own attitude can greatly affect your day, so try to look for the positive in every decision.
