QUINCY -- Two people were stabbed and four people were arrested Sunday afternoon in Quincy, police said.
A Quincy Police Department release said that officers were dispatched at 1:02 p.m. to 1804 Jacqueline Drive for a report of a disturbance in which someone had been stabbed. An officer stopped a vehicle leaving the scene and found two men, ages 20 and 21, with knife wounds. One had lacerations to his neck, arm and chest, and the other had been stabbed in the arm, the release said.
Both were taken to Blessing Hospital in Quincy and none of the injuries were life-threatening, QPD said.
Officers arrested Jonathon B. Watson, 23, of Quincy, for alleged aggravated battery. He is lodged in the Adams County Jail and received a cut to his hand, police said.
Also during the investigation, officers arrested Kerry D. Talburt Jr., 21, of Quincy, on a failure to appear warrant for manufacture/delivery of cannabis; Dison C. Bainter, 18, of Quincy, for possession of cannabis; and Zana S. Owsley, 38, of Quincy, for interfering with an officer.
