QUINCY -- Police arrested the owner of a vehicle Sunday after the driver allegedly showed a weapon to a tow tuck driver.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department said a Quincy towing company was towing a vehicle in the Rancho Vista Estates trailer park when the owner of the vehicle reportedly confronted the tow operator. Deputies say the vehicle's owner brandished the undisclosed weapon during the altercation.
Police said the owner of the vehicle eventually drove away with the tow cable still attached to the vehicle, which reportedly caused minor damage to the tow truck.
The department did not release the name of the person arrested.
