KAHOKA, Mo. -- Two Kahoka residents were arrested Thursday on drug charges as the result of a search warrant at their home earlier in November.

Cody B. Ridgely, 39, and Brandi Renee Ridgely, 43, were arrested by the Lee County Sheriff's Department in Fort Madison, Iowa, on two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

The Clark County Sheriff's Department said a search warrant was served Nov. 21 at the Ridgely home at 272 Murphy as part of an ongoing investigation. Police said they found methamphetamine, non-prescribed prescription pills and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Both are being held in the Lee County Detention Center awaiting extradition on a $35,000 cash-only warrant from Clark County.

Assisting in the investigation were the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the North Missouri Drug Task Force and the Kahoka Police Department.
