When will 18th Street by QU Stadium be repaired? It's in terrible shape.

Jeffrey Conte, director of utilities and engineering for the city of Quincy, said that section of North 18th Street is slated for resurfacing next year.

The five-block project will resurface North 18th between Chestnut and Maple. The estimated $520,000 project would involve removing and replacing curb and gutter, milling the road surface, and resurfacing the road.

According to budget documents, the city plans to use $104,000 in motor fuel tax funds and $416,000 in federal funds to complete the project.
