WEST QUINCY, Mo. -- One person suffered injuries when two vehicles collided at 8:20 p.m. Sunday in West Quincy.

A Missouri State Highway Patrol report says that Dianna L. McDonald, 39, of Canton was driving a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am east on private property when her vehicle collided with a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Gabrielle P. Bowen, 29, of Quincy, Ill. Bowen was backing up onto private property in West Quincy when the collision occurred, the report said.

Both McDonald and Bowen were wearing seat belts, the patrol said in the report, and neither suffered injuries. However, Jennifer L. Stephens, 55, of Golden, Ill., who was a passenger in Bowen's vehicle and also was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. She was taken to Blessing Hospital by a private vehicle.

Both vehicles involved in the collision sustained minor damage and were able to be driven from the scene, the patrol said.

The State Highway Patrol was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff's Department.
