Rachel Hicks and Andrew Clinton, both of Quincy, have announced their engagement. They plan to be married April 14 at the Quincy Art Center.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of Robert and Mary K. Hicks of Quincy. She is a 1999 graduate of Quincy High School and attended John Wood Community College. Miss Hicks is a staffing coordinator at Good Samaritan Home and a member of the Crossing.
The prospective bridegroom, formerly of Detroit, Mich., is a son of Kevin and Mary Wamsley of Quincy, also formerly of Detroit. He is a 1995 graduate of Melvindale High School and studied at JWCC, where he received a welding certificate. Mr. Clinton is a welder/fabricator at Hollister-Whitney Elevator Corp. and a member of the Crossing.
