HANNIBAL, Mo. -- The Hannibal Board of Public Works will be doing a customer satisfaction survey through Feb. 23 to receive feedback from residential and commercial customers.
The 20-question survey, conducted by GreatBlue Research Inc. over the phone and online, will focus on overall attitudes about the utility's communication, employees, services and customer service. Many questions also will center on water quality issues and the BPW's water service.
"Customer satisfaction surveys are a great way for us to hear from a large portion of our customers at once," public relations coordinator Kari Goodman said in a statement. "It's important for us to know how satisfied our customers are so that we as a utility can prioritize their needs."
The survey is expected to take less than 10 minutes to complete. Responses, as well as customer information, will remain anonymous. GreatBlue Research will be randomly calling people over the phone for the survey. People also can take the survey online at hannibalbpw.org.
The utility has performed customer satisfaction surveys since 2010. This will be the first time commercial and industrial customers will be included. Anyone with questions should call Goodman at 573-221-8050, ext. 6016.
