KAHOKA, Mo - A Kahoka man was arrested last month after several illegal items were found during a search of his home.
The Clark County Sheriff's Department said Louie Willis McCluskey, 52, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana (methamphetamine), possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
The sheriff's department, assisted by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol and Kahoka Police Department, conducted a search of McCluskey's home, East Gate Court apartment No. 30, at about 8:28 p.m. Feb. 27, a news release from Sheriff Shawn Webster said. McCluskey was arrested and transported to the Clark County Sheriff's Department and then lodged in the Clark County Detention Center. He is being held on $35,000 cash-only bond.
