JACKSONVILLE, Ill. -- A shot by Colby Kapp deflected off a Chatham Glenwood defender and into the back of the net as the Quincy Notre Dame boys soccer team settled for a 2-2 tie Monday night at Illinois College.

QND (6-3-1) fell behind after the Titans scored the game's first goal four minutes into the second half, but it answered in the 53rd minute when Kapp slotted home a cross sent in by Mitchell Murphy.

Chatham retook the lead three minutes later on a goal by Cade Troutvetter, but the own goal came with 13 minutes remaining to play.

Springfield 1, QHS 0: The Blue Devils outshot Springfield 17-8 but were shut out for the first time this season on the road. QHS goalkeeper Jake Happel had three saves. Springfield's Ben Huston scored the game's only goal in the 36th minute.
