Richard and Ruth Wilson of 1240 E. 1500th St., Quincy, have marked their 50th wedding anniversary. They will be honored with a party at a later date, hosted by their children.

Mr. Wilson and the former Ruth Goehl were married April 26, 1958, in St. Mary Catholic Church.

They are the parents of Jeff J. Wilson and his wife, Julie, and Kelly Wilson, all of Quincy. They have three grandchildren.

Mr. Wilson retired from Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. and was a self-employed dairy farmer.

Mrs. Wilson is a homemaker and a former volunteer at Liberty School and St. Joseph Catholic Church.

They are members of St. Peter Catholic Church. They enjoyed showing cattle, horses and dogs, traveling with the Flying Dutchmen Drum and Bugle Corps, attending their children's music and sporting events, and more recently have enjoyed the various activities of their grandchildren.
