A 23-year-old man and a 16-year-old male, both from Quincy, were arrested at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday in connection to numerous vehicle burglaries on the city's northwest side in April.

The thefts involved the loss of car stereos, many of which have been recovered.

Arrested were Tony J. Roberts, 23, of 1003 Elm, and the juvenile. Roberts was lodged in the Adams County Jail and the juvenile was released to a parent.

The investigation is ongoing to determine the owners of the stereos, police said. Victims of recent vehicle burglaries may contact the Evidence Unit at the Quincy Police Department at 228-4489.

Recovered property may normally be viewed 1-3:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, or by appointment.
