We are currently accepting applications for a Shipping/Customer Service Team Lead.
This position will direct and prioritize the day-to-day activities of the scalehouse team to accomplish daily functions, meeting both customer service requirements and shipping/traffic-related requirements.
Qualifications:
_ Associates Degree with 5+ years experience in an Industrial/Distribution Customer Care role.
_ Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a Customer Care environment preferably in a manufacturing or distribution organization.
_ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate ideas, instruct and inform in a concise manner.
_ Effective people skills in handling conflict management and customer relations.
_ Proficiency in the use of computers and software for business transactions, data analysis and communication.
_ Knowledge of MRPII systems and experience using ERP systems not required, but desired.
