The engagement of Vicki Jo Divan and Kevin Scott Anderson, both of Golden, has been announced by their parents. She is a daughter of Bob and Kay Divan of Rushville. He is a son of Johnny and Carol Anderson of 2856 E. 1850th St., Loraine.

The bride-elect is a 1994 graduate of Rushville High School and a 1998 graduate of Quincy University. She is a day care teacher.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of John Wood Community College and a 1992 graduate of Western Illinois University. He is a member of the Golden Fire Department, Loraine Lions Club and Central Adams Sportsmen's Club. Mr. Anderson is employed by Dot Foods.

The couple will be married June 7 in Rushville.
