Jennifer Len Graham and Todd Mitchell Vancil, together with their parents, have announced their engagement.

The bride-elect is a daughter of Joan and Don Benz of Payson and David and Holly Graham of 748 E. 1638th, Liberty. She is a 1998 graduate of Seymour High School in Payson and a 2004 graduate of Western Illinois University. Miss Graham is a retail wireless consultant at U.S. Cellular.

The prospective bridegroom, of 1526 Ohio, is a son of John and Jan Vancil of Rushville Route 2. He served in the Army for eight years and is a sergeant at the Western Illinois Correctional facility.

A July 12 wedding is planned.
