The engagement of Kimberly Ann Duppong and Michael Andrew Mealiff has been announced by his parents, Rich and Debbie Mealiff of 1591 N. 2400th Ave., Mendon. Miss Duppong is a daughter of John and Kathie Duppong of Lockport.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Lockport Township High School and will graduate this fall from Western Illinois University, where she is on the dean's list and a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Kappa Delta Phi. She is pursuing a degree in special education.

The prospective bridegroom, of Warrensburg, Mo., is a May 2007 graduate of WIU and is an officer in the Air Force.

The couple will be married July 5 in St. Francis Catholic Church in Quincy.
