Miss Rayna Marie DeMaster and Lucas Kent Smith were united in marriage Oct. 12, 2007, in Fort Snelling Memorial Church in St. Paul, Minn.

The bride is a daughter of Gerald and Tanya DeMaster of Burnsville, Minn. The bridegroom is a son of Brian and Karen Smith of 6016 Hickory Grove South.

Mr. DeMaster gave his daughter in marriage during the ceremony conducted by the Rev. Patricia Drury. The Birchwood String Quartet performed the music. Eva Smith, aunt of the bridegroom, and Marilynn Brozel, aunt of the bride, were readers.

Maid of honor was Tessa Stranik of Minneapolis. Bridesmaids were Ashley Korzun of Atlanta, Ga., Tiffany Russell of College Park, Md., and Stephanie Mma of Atlanta.

Best man was Sid Fey of Chicago. Groomsmen were Jake Smith of Quincy, brother of the bridegroom; Jeff R. Smith of Quincy, cousin of the bridegroom; and Jared DeMaster of Portland, Ore., brother of the bride.

Ushers were Kyle Hill of London, England, Ari Lieb of Minneapolis, Brad Holschuh of Boston and Frank Mycroft of Hermosa Beach, Calif.

Flower girl was Lauren Schmidt, cousin of the bride, and ring bearer was Wesley Smith, brother of the bridegroom.

The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner Oct. 11 at Enjoy! Restaurant. A reception was held at the Royal Cliff Banquet Hall.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii, and are at home in Azusa, Calif.

The bride graduated from the University of Minnesota in December 2006 with a master's degree in aerospace engineering and mechanics. She is a mission concepts system engineer for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif.

The bridegroom is a 2002 Quincy High School graduate and a May 2006 St. Louis University graduate with a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering. He is a missile systems engineer for Northrop Grumman in San Bernardino, Calif.
