Bethel Chapel in Huntingdon Valley, Pa., was the setting for the Dec. 29, 2007, wedding of Dr. Lisa Marie Blickley and Marine Corps Capt. John Wesley Russell.
The bride, of Baltimore, is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Blickley of Willow Grove, Pa. The bridegroom, of Jacksonville, N.C., is a son of Wes and Barbara Russell of Shelbina, Mo.
Mr. Blickley gave his daughter in marriage during the 2:30 p.m. ceremony conducted by the Rev. Nicholas Ganas. Readers were Abigail Rember and Elizabeth Russell, sisters of the bridegroom.
Maid of honor was Lori Blickley, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Rachel Kiehl, sister of the bridegroom, and Lisa Bianchino and Man Yee Chan.
Best man was Thomas Russell, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Joshua Kiehl, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, and John Wright and Bryson Renbarger.
Ushers were Tim Haley and Adam Richter.
Flower girl was Julia Marcantonio and ring bearer was Ben Blickley, both cousins of the bride.
A reception was held at North Hills Country Club.
The bride attended Upper Moreland High School, earned a bachelor of science degree from Penn State University and attended dental school at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a doctor of dental medicine. Dr. Blickley is an orthodontic resident at the University of Maryland.
The bridegroom attended South Shelby High School, earned a bachelor of arts degree from Wabash College and attended law school at Indiana University in Bloomington, where he earned a juris doctor. Mr. Russell is senior defense counsel at Marine Corps Air Station New River.
