Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church was the setting for the Nov. 10, 2007, wedding of Miss Amber Lynn Craft and Joseph Lawrence Bordewick, both of 1013 S. 19th.

The bride is a daughter of Brenda Craft of Liberty and Dale Craft of 1105 N. Sixth. The bridegroom is a son of Patty Adam and her husband, Bill, of 1006 Madonna Drive and Dale Bordewick of 521 S. 12th.

The 2 p.m. ceremony was conducted by Monsignor Mike Kuse; the bride was given in marriage by her father. Music was provided by Christina Wilson, sister of the bridegroom, vocalist, and Jan Gottman, pianist. Readers were Elizabeth Jackson, sister-in-law of the bridegroom, and Dennis Barragree, brother-in-law of the bridegroom.

Maid of honor was Brandi Liebig. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Bordewick, sister-in-law of the bridegroom; Dawn Schenk; Amanda Fessler; and Megan Barragree, sister of the bridegroom. Junior bridesmaids were Alexis Bordewick and Amy Bordewick, daughters of the bridegroom.

Best man was Mark Bordewick, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Mathew Jackson, Nathan Bordewick and Zachary Bordewick, brothers of the bridegroom; Joseph Wilson, brother-in-law of the bridegroom; and Ryan Craft, brother of the bride.

Ushers were Brett Bordewick and Blayne Bordewick, nephews of the bridegroom.

Flower girls were Breanna Bordewick and Juliet Wilson, nieces of the bridegroom. Ring bearer was Michael Freeman, nephew of the bridegroom.

A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the bridal couple Nov. 9 in Tiramisu. A luncheon for the wedding party was held inside a stretch H-2 limousine, and a reception was held from 7 p.m. to midnight in the Oakley-Lindsay Center.

The newlyweds are at home at 1013 S. 19th after honeymooning in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Liberty High School and is a customer service representative at First Bankers Trust Co.

The bridegroom is a1996 graduate of Quincy High School and served in the Marine Corps from 1996-2001, receiving an honorable discharge. He earned an associate of science degree in business in 2006 from John Wood Community College and is a bachelor of business administration student at the University of Illinois. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Societies and is on the national dean's list. Mr. Bordewick is a warehouse manager at Amcon Distributing Co.
