Pop's Pizza in downtown Quincy has closed. A handwritten sign on the front door at 938 Maine reads: "Closed until further notice."

Mike Readdy and Corey Johnson opened the restaurant in January 2007. Readdy said in July he was selling his half of the business to Johnson to move to Chicago with his wife, Allison.

Allison Readdy closed her upscale women's apparel store, Ally & amp; Co. at 515 Maine, at the end of July after three years in business. She said she was going to open a showroom in Chicago to sell to buyers for clothing lines, and her husband would be her business partner.

Calls to Johnson went unanswered Thursday. Pop's Pizza offered dine-in, carry-out and delivery.
