Gresimer - Six
Jessica Elizabeth Six and John Dubosq "Trey" Gresimer III were married Oct. 27, 2007, in Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Greenville, S.C. The Rev. W. Michael Bruce officiated.
The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Jeanette Myers Six of Greenville and the late Gregory Walter Six, and a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Myers of Griggsville. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Dubosq Gresimer II of San Antonio, Texas.
Music was provided by Carol Strasser, soloist; Alan Miller, cellist; and Chip Mays, organist. Acolyte was Austin Wilson of Boiling Springs, S.C., nephew of the bridegroom.
Maid of honor was Heidi Dryman of Newberry, S.C. Bridesmaids were Nancy Smith of Rock Hill, S.C., and Lisa Partridge of Greenville.
Best man was Corie Slate of Greenville. Groomsmen were John D. Gresimer II and Justin Six of Quincy, brother of the bride.
Ushers were David Myers and Dan Myers, both of Griggsville and uncles of the bride.
Flower girls were Leah Six of Quincy and Tatum Stewart of Oklahoma City, nieces of the bridal couple.
A reception followed the ceremony in the Sawmill at North Main in Greenville.
After honeymooning in Charleston, S.C., the newlyweds are at home in Nashville, Tenn.
The bride earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Winthrop University and a master's degree from the University of South Carolina College of Social Work. She is a master's level social worker for Mental Health Cooperative Inc. in Nashville.
The bridegroom is a technical systems coordinator for Nashville State Community College, where he also attends classes.
