Tanner - Gooding
Mr. and Mrs. Mark Alan Tanner are at home in LaGrange, Mo., after honeymooning in Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
Mr. Tanner and the former Susan Mae Gooding, both of LaGrange, exchanged wedding vows Feb. 29 at the LaGrange Fire Station.
The bride is a daughter of Gregory D. and Mae Sue Graves of Ursa and Mikel L. Franks of LaBelle, Mo. The bridegroom is a son of Joseph E. and Carol J. Tanner of LaGrange.
The bride was given in marriage by her stepfather, Gregory D. Graves, and her son, Levi, during the 7 p.m. ceremony conducted by Stacey Nicholas.
Maid of honor was Melissa Voorhis of Loraine.
Best man was Henry Gunsauls of LaGrange.
A small wedding dinner and cake reception followed the ceremony at the fire station. A reception will be held at 11 a.m. May 10 in LaGrange City Park.
The bride is a graduate of Camp Point Central High School and is employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois in Quincy.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Highland High School and is employed by Exhaust and Auto Center in Quincy. He is also employed by the City of LaGrange as assistant fire chief of the LaGrange Fire Department and is a member of the Lewis County Dive Rescue Team.
