Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy "Mick" Steinkamp are at home at 3228 Brentwood Drive after their marriage Feb. 16 in St. John Lutheran Church.

The bride is the former Vickie Disselhorst Hurley of 3228 Brentwood Drive, daughter of the late Betty Disselhorst and the late Grant Disselhorst. The bridegroom, also of 3228 Brentwood Drive, is a son of the late Lawrence Steinkamp and the late Ethel Steinkamp.

The bride was given in marriage by Ray Schmidt, in lieu of Matt Hurley, who is serving in Iraq. The Rev. Harold Bender Jr. officiated. Music was provided by Jarod Winters, nephew of the bride, vocalist, and Barb Cutforth, niece of the bride, organist. Also participating in the ceremony were Sylvia Murphy and Shannon Ragsdale, granddaughters of the bridegroom, flag carriers; Kaitlyn Standbridge and Danielle Wiley, granddaughters of the bridegroom, candlelighters; MaKenna Lohmeyer and Shelby Baile, great-nieces of the bride, and Alison Stephenson, great-granddaughter of the bridegroom, lil' ladies; and Kanon Voss, great-nephew of the bride, and Parker Nobel and Jett Nobel, lil' gents.

Matron of honor was Julie Schmidt, niece of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sue Beckman, daughter of the bridegroom, and Tiffiny Beckman, Kryschella Stephenson, Jessica Wiley and Leanne Marshall, granddaughters of the bridegroom. Junior bridesmaids were Cassie Hurley and Danielle Hurley, granddaughters of the bride, and McKenna Wilhite, granddaughter of the bridegroom.

Best man was Ronnie Johnson. Groomsmen were Mick Steinkamp and Jim Steinkamp, sons of the bridegroom; Jason Beckman and Matt Steinkamp, grandsons of the bridegroom; and Jarod Winters, nephew of the bride.

Ushers were Chuck Hurley, son of the bride, and Josh Winters, nephew of the bride.

Ring bearer was Bryan Steinkamp, great-grandson of the bridegroom.

A rehearsal dinner was held in St. John Lutheran Church's Family Life Center. A reception followed the ceremony in the Eagles Club.

The bride graduated from Quincy High School in 1970 and attended Cook County College. She has worked for many years in the merchandising business and is a district manager for DRSolutions.

The bridegroom is retired and is a merchandiser for DRSolutions.
