The Blue Devils (2-0) broke the game open thanks to three sixth-inning triples. Lindsay Womack and Jordyn Mecklenberg had run-scoring triples in the inning, while Kelsey Price also tripled and scored. That offense was more than enough for pitcher Mackenzi Fairley, who pitched a one-hitter.
