The event was hosted by their children. The couple were married May 5, 1948, in Quincy. Mrs. Durk is the former Elizabeth Justus, daughter of the late Chester Justus and the late Maudie Justus, formerly of Quincy. Mr. Durk is a son of the late Millie Wagner and the late Albert Durk, also formerly of Quincy. They are the parents of Jim (Patty) Durk of Quincy, Pat (Joe) Fox of Copperas Cove, Texas, Mike and Bobby of the home, David of Newark, Mo., Sandy (Ed) Begley, Mary (Dirk) Davis and Brenda (Duane) Elliott, all of Palmyra, Mo., and Tim (Carol) Durk of Rolla, Mo.
