There was no fire, no one had to be evacuated and there were no injuries, according to Quincy Fire Department Capt. James Pioch. The smoke was already dissipated when the firefighters arrived and fans were not necessary. Pioch said a thermal imaging camera detected the heat source to a motor on an air handler atop the roof of the building.
