She is a 1997 graduate of Quincy Notre Dame High School, a 2000 graduate of John Wood Community College and a 2003 graduate of Western Illinois University. Miss Ebbing is a special education teacher for the Palmyra R-1 School District. The prospective bridegroom is a son of Ben and the late Shirley Gregory and Richard Iseminger, all of Quincy. He is a 1988 graduate of Quincy High School and is employed by the state of Illinois.
