The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Brown County High School and a 2005 graduate of Culver-Stockton College and Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing. She was a member of Phi Eta Sigma, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Miss Miller is a registered nurse in Blessing Hospital's emergency department. The prospective bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Quincy High School and is a security officer at Blessing Hospital.
