A June 21 wedding is planned in Schaumburg. The bride-elect, of Elgin, is a daughter of Karen and Dean Jingst of Liberty, and Gary and Cathy Williams of Hannibal, Mo. She attended Liberty High School and Western Illinois University, where she was a member of Alpha Sigma Tau. Miss Williams is manager of special recreation with the Northwest Special Recreation Association in Schaumburg. The prospective bridegroom, also of Elgin, is a son of Bill and Barb McGovern of Bartlett. He graduated from high school in Elgin and attended Northern Illinois University.
