Injured and taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital were Wesley R. Griffith, 22, and his passenger, Alexandria L. Cannon, 19. Neither was wearing a seat belt. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Griffith was driving a 2004 Ford pickup west in the U.S. 61 crossover and tried to cross the highway when he pulled into the path of a southbound 1999 Kenworth driven by Brandon S.
