The bride is a daughter of William and Patricia Hopkins of Belleville. The bridegroom is a son of Thomas and Alice Hummel of Quincy. The bride was given in marriage by her parents during the 2 p.m. ceremony conducted by the Rev. Carl Scherrer. Tom Docter was organist and Sean Riley was vocalist. Also participating in the ceremony were Kathy Gray, Mary Venvertloh and Alletha Reiss, readers; Kenneth Moyer and Michael Hummel, presentation of gifts; and Linda Moyer and Kay Hummel, Eucharistic ministers. Maid of honor was Megan Hummelsheim of Quincy. Bridesmaids were Sara Murray and Jennifer Riley McCracken, both of Belleville; Anne Dulski of Lebanon and Elizabeth Shorts of Doylestown, Pa., cousins of the bride; and Leigh Ann Hornsey of Liberty.
