Police: Man admits he set house on fire in Clarence

Police say a 55-year-old man arrested at the scene of a house fire Monday admitted to setting the fire. Clarence Police Chief Raymond Barton said a house at 400 W. Walnut St., burned to the ground. The fire was reported at about 11:20 a.m.
