Charges filed

Jennifer N. Diaz, 21, of 2507 Rebecca Court, was charged with aggravated unlawful participation in methamphetamine production, unlawful methamphetamine related child endangerment, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor, and possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials stemming from a May 5 incident.

William C. Smith, 43, of 712 Hilltop Drive, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence stemming from a May 5 incident.

Ricky J. Dean, 21, of 507 Locust, was charged with threatening a public official (Quincy Police officer) stemming from a May 4 incident.

    The next court appearance for a former Hannibal elementary school principal arrested on heroin charges has been delayed a week. Clifford Schwartz of Arnold, Mo., officially entered his appearance as the lawyer for J.D. Foust on Wednesday.
