To The Herald-Whig:

A big thank you to Pam Potter and all the people who make up the Quincy Park Band. What a wonderful contribution to the arts for Quincy and area.

We live in Palmyra, Mo., but wouldn't miss a performance all summer long.

We look forward to Wednesday and Sunday evenings in Madison Park and plan any other activities before Memorial Day or after Aug. 1, so we can enjoy the concerts in June and July.

The musicians may be volunteers but they sound like professionals to us.

Dick and Norma Litchfield
