Aimmie C. Gaston, 32, of Mount Sterling, was charged with felony retail theft stemming from a June 27 incident.
Nancy A. Totsch, 50, of 810 S. 20th, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on charges of unlawful financial exploitation of a person with disability of more than $5,000 but less that $10,000 stemming from a Feb. 12, 2010 incident.
Jeffrey R. Williams, 27, of 1403 Cherry, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful delivery of cannabis stemming from a Sept. 3 incident.
Lavonda R. Wallace, 40, of 1426 N. Third, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance stemming from a March 16, 2010 incident.
Randy W. Smith, 51, of New Canton, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance stemming from a Feb. 17, 2010 incident.
Brian M. Doss, 26, of 894 S. 12th, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on three counts of possession of methamphetamine precursors stemming from an Aug. 18, 2010, Sept. 29, 2010 and Oct. 7, 2010 incidents.
Christopher S. Adams, 21, of 4618 N. 24th, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on two counts of unlawful delivery of cannabis stemming from an April 26, 2010 and May 10, 2010 incidents.
