    Property owners who opposed the Grain Belt Express direct current transmission line were celebrating Wednesdays ruling against the project by the Missouri Public Service Commission.Commission members voted 3-2 to reject the private companys plans for a transmission line to connect wind generation units in Kansas with a grid in Indiana.
