Beth Peters joined The Quincy Herald-Whig in July 2011. She previously worked for Schwans Home Food Services in sales. Beth graduated from Payson Seymour High School in 2004 and Hannibal-LaGrange University in 2007 with a bachelor of science degree. She grew up in the Payson area on a farm with her family, and enjoys being outdoors and playing all sports.
