Audrain County jury finds Pettey guilty after deliberating for about three hours

An Audrain County jury has returned a guilty verdict in the Calvin Duate Pettey murder trial. According to Herald-Whig reporter Rodney Hart, the jury deliberated just more than three hours.

Attorneys made closing arguments and the jury retired at 10:06 a.m. Wednesday.

Pettey was accused of murdering fiancee Sandra Fugate on April 15, 2010.
