MENDON, Ill. - As the Adams County Fair comes to a close Wednesday, it's been a full week of activity in the livestock barns and show barns.

Kaylee Wolf of Quincy, a member of the Adams County Beefers 4-H Club, was one of the participants showing cattle at the fair this past week - and she captured some scenes on video for The Herald-Whig.

All 4-H projects and open projects will be released from the fairgrounds 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, with domestic arts projects released from 5-7 p.m.

The fair closes out with a "kids and parents fun horse show" in the horse arena at 6 p.m. and the Demo Derby by Ramer Race Promotions at 6:30 p.m. in the grandstand. The nightly teen dance begins at 8 p.m.
