Are you using Internet Explorer 9?

Subscribers and visitors using Internet Explorer 9 may experience issues when attempting to log in to the member center at This happens because this Internet Explorer 9 handles certain kinds of web pages differently than other browsers.

If you see a pop-up message about "secure content" (see Picture 1) or experience an issue while trying to log in, adjusting your browser settings should solve the issue. Please note that this will also adjust your settings when viewing other web sites.

Navigate to the Tools menu (see Picture 2). This can also be reached by pressing Alt and X on your keyboard.

Choose Internet Options

Look for the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options window

After clicking on the Security tab,  click on the Custom Levels button (see Picture 3)

Scroll about halfway down the list and look for "Display mixed content." (see Picture 4)

Choose the  ‘Enable' option.

Click OK

A window will pop up, say Yes. Then click OK on the internet options window to close it.

Refresh the login page. You will no longer be prompted with a pop up for "Only secured content is displayed" and should be able to log in normally.

If you continue to experience problems logging in, please call us at (217) 223-5100 or 1-800-619-8080. You can also reach us by e-mail at

In Case You Missed It

Silver Saukees: Pittsfield's state title team to reunite after 25 years
Tony Baker recently watched a video of the 1991 Class A state championship game with his 11-year-old daughter. It had been several years since Baker, an all-stater as a senior at Pittsfield High School, had seen the game. "I sure was awful skinny, and those shorts were awful short," he said with a laugh. "But it was neat to watch. It's kind of a blur, but I can remember plays that were called in every game. It's so surreal."
