The parents of Cassondra Lynn Rosson and Bradley David Duncan have announced the couple's engagement. A June 8, 2013, wedding is planned in Quincy.

The bride-elect, of Ursa, is a daughter of Gary Rosson and a daughter and stepdaughter of Brenda and Dan Nichols, all of Mendon. She is a 2008 graduate of Unity High School in Mendon and earned an associate of science degree in business in 2010 from John Wood Community College in Quincy. Miss Rosson is employed by Bennett and Middendorf, Ltd.

The prospective bridegroom, of Ursa, is a son of Doug Duncan of Mendon and a son and stepson of Beverly and Ron Gilbert of Ursa. He is a 2004 graduate of Unity High School in Mendon and attended JWCC. Mr. Duncan is a dealer for Lewis Hybrids and Ag Supply Service. He also farms.

Tony Baker recently watched a video of the 1991 Class A state championship game with his 11-year-old daughter. It had been several years since Baker, an all-stater as a senior at Pittsfield High School, had seen the game. "I sure was awful skinny, and those shorts were awful short," he said with a laugh. "But it was neat to watch. It's kind of a blur, but I can remember plays that were called in every game. It's so surreal."
