Lincoln (0-1) at Quincy (0-1)
7 p.m. Friday, Pepsi Arena

Scouting the Blue Tigers: Lincoln lost its season opener to NAIA's William Woods on Saturday. The game served as an exhibition for William Woods, which is 3-0.

Alicia Johnson, a 5-foot-11 junior guard, led the Blue Tigers with 17 points and 11 rebounds, and 5-7 senior guard Freddie Sims (14 points) and 5-6 senior guard Arriana Walker (13 points) joined her in double figures scoring. Lincoln shot 34.1 percent from the field.

Lincoln tied for ninth in the preseason coaches poll and ranked 11th in the media poll for the 15-team Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association. QU lost its season opener to an MIAA school, falling 65-50 to Northwest Missouri State, ranked No. 14 in both MIAA preseason polls.

Trouble inside the arc: QU was 10 of 39 (25.6 percent) from two-point range in its season opener. If you included the Lady Hawks' two exhibitions, they'd be shooting just 32.4 percent inside the arc.

The series:
The Hawks are 12-5 against the Blue Tigers all-time.
