Fugitive of the Week: Jamal Lee Elston

Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your help in apprehending a fugitive.

Jamal Lee Elston, 20, is wanted on an Adams County warrant for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful possession of cannabis and failure to appear on a charge of driving without a license. Elston is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her last known address was in the 600 block of Harrison in Quincy.
