Raymond and Ruth Sheurman

Raymond and Ruth Sheurman of Liberty will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 25 in the Liberty Village Hall in Liberty. The event will be hosted by their daughter and grandchildren. Family and friends are invited.

Mr. Sheurman and the former Ruth Campbell were married Nov. 24, 1962, at Zion Lutheran Church in Liberty.

Mrs. Sheurman is a daughter of the late Louis and Hilda Campbell. Mr. Sheurman is a son of Elmer Sheurman of Liberty and the late Doris Sheurman.

They are the parents of Tammy Duesterhaus of Quincy; a daughter, Pam Sheurman, is deceased. They have three grandchildren.

Mr. Sheurman is a retired truck driver and a member of Heartland Garden Tractor Pullers.

Mrs. Sheurman is a homemaker.

They are members of Zion Lutheran Church in Liberty.
