PHOTO & VIDEO: Project Red Ribbon a visual reminder not to drink and drive

Quincy Chief of Police Rob Copley ties a red ribbon on his vehicle following a press conference Monday, Nov. 19, at Quincy City Hall, where Mayor John Spring read a proclamation to kick off Project Red Ribbon for the Quinsippi Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

The nationwide Project Red Ribbon asks motorists to tie a red ribbon onto their vehicles as a visual reminder to not drink and drive.
