Five arrested during search warrant execution in Hannibal

A search warrant was executed about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of Center, resulting in five persons being taken into custody.

Officers of the Hannibal Police Department's Narcotics Unit, assisted by the Special Response Team, executed a narcotics search warrant

and located and seized several items of drug paraphernalia and items used in the distribution of narcotics. Officers also seized what is believed to be methamphetamine and marijuana.

Arrested at the residence were four Hannibal residents, Andrea T. Shriver, 30, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance; Donald P. Crew, 28, on charges of possession of controlled substance; Dylan M. Bramblett, 18, on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; McKaylan M. Mudd, 17, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia; and Jason M. Fuget, 23, of Palmyra, on an active warrant. Police did not release what charge what the warrant was for.

Bramblett and Mudd were released pending warrants. Crew and Shriver were placed on 24-hour holds at the Marion County Jail and Fuget was released to the Marion County Jail due to being unable to post bond on the warrant.
