The first of four Toys for Tots fundraising events happened Saturday when members of the Quincy Fire Department were stationed at the Quincy Wal-Mart to promote the program and give out coloring books.

The Quincy Elks Lodge will hold an event on Dec. 6 during its Quarter Madness Auction. Dene Lambkin Honda/Hyundai will team with Lily's Lounge for a "Lunch With Santa" event at the Quincy City Center Hotel on Dec. 8, and the Marine Corps League will hold a Toys For Tots Breakfast with Santa at Applebee's on Dec. 15.
